1998

The school opens

Five teachers pool their savings and rent a house on Margalla Road. Sixty-two students enrol across Playgroup to Grade 3. The first assembly is held in the driveway.

2001

First Grade 5 cohort

The Primary section completes. A second rented building is taken next door to house Grades 4 and 5, and the first sports day is run on a public ground in F-9 Park.

2004

Move to the G-11/3 campus

The school buys five acres in G-11/3 and moves into the first purpose-built block. Enrolment passes 400. The library opens with 1,800 donated books.

2008

Senior School begins

Grades 9 and 10 are introduced and the first candidates are registered for the Secondary School Certificate. Physics and chemistry laboratories are commissioned.

2011

New leadership

Prof. Ayesha Kamal Dewan, then head of mathematics, is appointed Principal. Class-size caps are formally written into school policy for the first time.

2015

Higher Secondary added

Grades 11 and 12 open with Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering and Humanities groups. The auditorium and the covered sports hall are completed.

2019

Learning support established

A full-time learning-support teacher and a school counsellor join the staff, and the house tutor system is introduced across Middle and Senior School.

2023

Science and computing block

A third laboratory floor opens, adding a biology laboratory and two computing rooms with a robotics workshop attached.

2026

Library extension

The reading room is doubled to 90 seats and 3,000 titles are added, with extended opening hours for board-year students.
