Privacy policy

Through this website we collect only what you give us: the details entered into the admission application, the contact form, the notice subscription, and the credentials used to sign in to the student or teacher portal. We also collect standard server logs, which include IP addresses and browser information.

• To answer enquiries sent through the contact form
• To operate the student and teacher portals
• To send school notices to people who have asked for them
• To keep the required student and staff records

Personal information is accessible only to staff who need it for their role: the admissions office, the accounts office, class teachers and the administration. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

We share information with others only where required by law, where necessary for examination board registration, or where a child's safety requires it.

Unsuccessful applications are held for one admission cycle and then deleted. Student records are held for the duration of enrolment and for a further ten years, as required for the issue of certificates and references.

Information about students is provided by parents or guardians. Students under 18 should not submit personal information through this website without a parent's involvement.

This site uses only functional cookies: one to keep you signed in to the portal if you choose that option, and one to remember basic display preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.

You may ask to see the information we hold about you or your child, ask for corrections, or ask us to stop sending notices. Write to info@dewanschool.edu.pk or to the school office, and we will respond within thirty days.
